About Us

Craig Levitan (middle) moved to the Wood River Valley with his wife Cynthia in 1983 from the Detroit, MI area where he had worked as an industrial electrician in a machine tool shop. He founded the company as what was then called Levitan Appliance Company with his parents, Harry and Geri Levitan. Later they were joined by Craig's brother Kevin. Harry, who had been an industrial plumber and worked for Michigan consolidated gas company in Detroit was the driving force behind the move. He retired in 2008. Craig has served the valley for nearly 40 years with pride as owner and operator of Levitan Appliance Co/Craig's At Your Service. He brings a thoughtful, customer oriented approach to serving his clientele, in addition to holding his Special Electrical - HVAC license.

Chad Levitan (left) is Craig's son. Born and raised in the valley, he attended college at UMass Boston and has worked in plumbing, solar electrical, and HVAC service and repair since 2007 before ultimately joining his father in the family business. In addition to his Plumbing, HVAC, and Photovoltaic Special Electrical education and experience, he is an MST certified appliance technician.
